Malayer üzüm kurusu, Sultani Üzüm Kurusuna benzer şekilde hazırlanır ve işlenir, ancak Malayer üzüm kurusunun rengi Sultani üzüm kurusuna göre daha açık renktedir. Bu ürün, Hemedan iline bağlı Malayer şehrinde üretilmektedir. Malayer üzüm kurusunun şeker içeriği Sultani üzüm kurusuna göre daha düşük olduğundan daha az tatlıdır. Hemedan iline bağlı Malayer şehri, Malayer üzüm kurusunun en büyük üretimine sahiptir.
